We give our best, and our best must always get better. You deserve that. We set out in 2021 to provide the highest quality of service possible. That goal has not changed. Therefore, many things about our company have had to change as a result of what we've learned since that time.
What hasn't changed is the pursuit of the best team possible. This starts with recruiting and training great people, but our secret sauce is in how we treat and take care of our staff. Many members of our team have 20, 25, or even 30+ years in the field with rejuvenated energy that they haven't felt in years. We have very little turnover on our team, and most of our professionals came to us via word of mouth from other professionals on our team. A team that is well taken care of have better work satisfaction and provide great service to YOU. It's really that simple.
We invest heavily in our staff, via training, coaching/supervision, and incorporation of evidence-based practices. We are also implementing an evidence-based practice, called Feedback Informed Treatment, which informs our staff from session to session what you like or don't like about the services that are being provided so that we can make adjustments by the next session. This also tracks your progress in the program so that we can have an informed discussion about your needs as you grow and your needs change. As a client, this truly puts the control of your services in YOUR own hands and gives us the feedback to not just guess but KNOW how we are doing.

We are actively looking at what we have learned from both the client/parent side of services, and as providers of those services to see what can be done differently than traditional services.
Widespread use of peer support and parent peer support is relatively new in the field, and mental health coaching is a brand new concept that has yet to be defined across the country. We aspire to give mental health coaching the standards of both treatment and professionalism that are needed to bring it into the mainstream. In the meantime, we know that what we do works and fills gaps in traditional mental health services.
A major theme in our services is to bring acute and intensive services into the home, rather than bringing a person to a facility for treatment, even in times of crisis. We have seen time and again where in-home services can be both more effective and less costly than institutional options for a majority of people. It also disrupts a person's life far less than going to an inpatient setting.
A second major theme that we are developing is the use of virtual options to expand our reach, be more flexible with our clients, and lower the overall cost of services.
Family supports are a major point of emphasis for us. Disability, mental health, and addictions do not happen in a vacuum. Our clients are part of larger family systems. Their family members often need support themselves. When properly supported, a family can be the greatest asset a person has in their path to recovery or rehabilitation.
This team is a collection of professionals who have been impacted by mental health, addiction, or disability in a very personal way. Whether this is a personal lived experience or a reflection of their desire to help a loved one, our team has experienced the lack of appropriate services first-hand. Each of us approaches this work with a level of conviction and commitment that is undeniable, and this passion shows in the services we provide.
