Introducing Victory Road

Victory Road's programs are a new way of looking at acute behavioral health situations. Instead of bringing a person who needs intensive services to an inpatient setting or other out-of-home placement, we are bringing intensive mental health services to them. The goal of this is to allow a person to SAFELY stay in their home, where changes can best be implemented and healing can best occur.

This approach has many practical, economic, and clinical benefits.

  • Excessive time away from work or school for the participant
  • Missed or disrupted work for the parents or other affected family members.
  • Transportation and other logistics
  • Time away from family, friends, pets, and other natural supports
  • Transitions from home to treatment and treatment to home.
  • Stigma or the risk to reputation from other people knowing about your or your loved one's treatment.

Our services are focused, flexible, and adjustable. We can dial our services in to precisely what is needed in a given situation, consider work schedules of clients and parents in the services we provide, and eliminate transportation costs entirely. Most importantly, we can work to identify and eliminate root causes so that the family can get out of the cycle of crisis and begin the process of healing.

Our Services

Acute Stabilization Services

Bridge to Intensive Family Supports

Acute Stabilization Services

Goal: Ensure immediate safety and prevent out-of-home placement during times of acute distress, often following a mobile crisis or law enforcement intervention. Services focus on de-escalation, safety planning, family psychoeducation, environmental assessment, and intensive supervision. Primary referral sources include county crisis systems, mobile crisis workers, and hospitals. Self-referral and foster/juvenile justice referrals are also appropriate at this tier.

Transition and Stabilization

Bridge to Intensive Family Supports

Acute Stabilization Services

Goal: Support successful transition from a crisis state or out-of-home placement to a foundation where healing work can begin. Priorities include safety planning, reduced-intensity supervision, parent coaching, navigating transitions, behavior support planning, and connecting with community resources and supports. This may serve as a family's point of entry, especially for self-referrals and return-to-home situations.

Bridge to Intensive Family Supports

Bridge to Intensive Family Supports

Goal: Reduce supervision intensity while building the family's independent capacity to the point where structured weekly coaching and/or therapy become the primary interventions. This bridges the gap between crisis stabilization and sustainable recovery, with decreasing in-home supervision, increasing coaching conversations, family communication work, and establishment of routines and structures that support future stability.

In-Home Supervision

In-Home Supervision is a versatile intervention designed to ensure the participant's safety while also maintaining stability and order in the home.
